How do I sign in?
Open the link from your purchase confirmation email, or go to the Sign In page and log in with the password you set after checkout.

Head to the Forgot password page and request a reset — a link will arrive in your inbox.

How can I cancel my trial or subscription?
Sign in and open the Cancel page. You keep full access until the billing period you already paid for runs out.
How do I request a refund?
Email our support team no later than 30 days after purchase and we will look into it.

Can I retake the quiz?
Of course — start the quiz again from the homepage whenever you want a fresh result.
When do I get my Calisthenics Workout Plan?
Right away, as soon as payment completes. Set your password on the sign-up page, then log in to the ProShape app to open your plan.
