How do I sign in?
Open the link from your purchase confirmation email, or go to the Sign In page and log in with the password you set after checkout.

Head to the Forgot password page and request a reset — a link will arrive in your inbox.

How can I cancel my trial or subscription?
Open the Cancel page from the site footer, or email our support team. You keep full access until the billing period you already paid for runs out.
How do I request a refund?
Email our support team within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no reason needed. Renewal charges and add-ons are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy.

Can I retake the quiz?
Of course — start the quiz again from the homepage whenever you want a fresh result.
When do I get my Calisthenics Workout Plan?
Right away, as soon as payment completes. Set your password on the sign-up page, then log in to the ProShape app to open your plan.
