Cancel your subscription
Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken after that.
Cancel online
Enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send you a code to confirm it's you.
Cancel in the app
Open the ProShape app, go to My Profile → Manage subscription, and tap Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of your paid period, and you won't be charged again — you do not have to talk to anyone first.
Bought on iPhone through Apple?
Apple manages that subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ProShape. Deleting your ProShape account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Cancel by email
No access to the app? Email us from the address you used at checkout and we will cancel it for you. We reply within two business days and confirm every cancellation by email.

Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and ends access straight away, but it does not automatically issue a refund. Use the account deletion page if that is what you want instead.
