Cancel your subscription
Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken after that.
Cancel in the app
Open the ProShape app, go to Profile → Your subscription, and tap Cancel subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately — you do not have to talk to anyone first.
Cancel by email
No access to the app? Email us from the address you used at checkout and we will cancel it for you. We reply within two business days and confirm every cancellation by email.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If you want money back as well, see our Refund Policy — your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and ends access straight away, with no refund for the remaining period. Use the account deletion page if that is what you want instead.
